In-N-Out Burger is Coming to Cookeville, TN

COOKEVILLE, TN — If you’re a fan of the infamous In-N-Out Burger, there’s some exciting news for the Upper Cumberland.
The company confirmed in March 2026 that a new In-N-Out Burger location will be coming to The Willows Shopping Center on S. Willow Avenue in Cookeville.

The announcement is exciting news for Cookeville and the surrounding area, serving as another sign of continued growth, job opportunities, and new development in the region. A new Target location in Cookeville is also projected to open sometime this summer, while the rest of The Willows development is expected be completed by Fall 2026.

The Cookeville location follows the company’s recent expansion across Middle Tennessee, with restaurants already operating in Lebanon, Antioch, Murfreesboro, and Franklin. Another potential location has also been discussed for Smyrna as the brand continues expanding across the region.
