The Ultimate Tulip Guide to Tennessee’s Upper Cumberland

Between Mid-March to Early April, there are several local farms on the Upper Cumberland that are perfect to visit if you love tulips.

In this guide, I will share some of the top tulip farms to visit if you’re ready to see the colors in full bloom. (Bonus: Some farms allow you to create your own bouquet for an additional cost! It’s a great option if you want to have a vase of tulips in your kitchen or living room.)

Little Creek Flowers Farm (Cookeville, TN)

📍3520 Gainesboro Grade Cookeville, TN 38501

This flower farm in Cookeville, TN is known for their tulips, daffodils, and wildflowers. Entry is $5/ person and 2 and under are free. Pets are welcome.

Hours:

Friday-Sunday: 10am-6pm

Roberts Five Farm (Sparta, TN)

📍463 Board Valley Rd. Sparta, TN 38583

The Roberts Five Farm is a “U-Pick Tulip Farm” in Sparta, TN where you can pick tulips for $2.50/each or $25/dozen. Entry fee is $5 and pets are welcome.

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 4pm-7pm

Saturday: 10am-7pm

Sunday: 2pm-7pm

Lorenzen Flower Farm (Dayton, TN)

* I know it’s technically not the Upper Cumberland, but it’s still close enough to the Upper Cumberland if you wanted to take a mini day trip! Thought it would be worth mentioning still.
Admission is $7/person and children under 5 are FREE. Pets are allowed. They also have a on-site coffee truck (Cheiman tea) to get your mid-day caffeine pick-me-up in!
Flowers are $2 per stem or $20/dozen.
Hours:

Mon-Sat. 10am-7pm

Sundays 12-7pm
